About the event
Surf Life Saving sports was primarily designed to encourage lifeguards at sea (LIFESAVERS) to develop, maintain and improve the essential physical and mental skills needed to save lives in the marine environment. The sport consists of a series of areas of competition designed to further develop and demonstrate life-saving skills, fitness and motivation.
The course will take place on Tuesday afternoons
