About the event
Basic ocean knowledge, rescue and first aid for teens ages 15-18. At Israel Surf Lifesaving Federation we give teens the knowledge they need to as they prepare to go to the ocean with friends, and without parents. Seminar participants are eligible to return as coach's helpers during our July program.
The 4-hour seminar meets on Nachsholim Beach.

🌊 Board rescues
🌊 Swimming and tube rescues
