About the event
A fun-filled dynamic surf rescue course for adults of all ages.
The course will be held on  Nachsholim Beach
Participants will learn:
- 🌊 Surf Awareness
- 🌊 Ocean swimming
- 🌊 Rescue skills
- 🌊 Board rescue
- 🌊 Tube rescue
- 🌊 First aid and CPR
- 🌊 Life saving sports
- 🌊 and have loads of fun
Learn basic ocean awareness and safety, which includes both basic ocean swimming and surfing as well as an introduction to ocean first-aid and rescue skills.
Course times:
Monday 9 Septermber 16:45-18:30
Tuesday 10 September 16:45-18:30
It is recommeneded to join both days however, there is an option for just one day.
