SURF, SPORT, SAND AND SAFETY: Israel Life Saving Federation teaches children the key points of Australian beach culture - enjoying the ocean safely and with confidence, and beach fitness as a multidisciplinary sport.
This two-hour session includes:
Surf and beach awareness
Ocean swimming and body surfing
Introduction to rescue boards
Beach fitness and sport
