Course for adult volunteers who want to learn surf lifesaving techniques participate in surf lifesaving sports and volunteer with the ILSF in its many activities. Course covers water safety training. Course will include two Friday sessions.

Friday, May 13th, the course will be held on Dor Beach
Friday, May 20th, the course will be held in Jisr al Zarka
The course is over 2 Fridays. Each session is approx. 7 hours.
Please bring beachwear, sunscreen, 2L drinking water, snack/lite lunch and loads of good energy.
*In order to participate, please bring a letter from your physician that you are fit to participate in physical activity.
