"Having grown up in coastal town of Bat-Yam and 'living on the beach', I see the true importance of educating Israeli society about water-safety. The sea can be an exceptional educational and therapeutic tool. It belongs to everyone and above all, it is just a fun place to be. We should understand it and respect it - like with humans, it behaves differently under various conditions. At ILSF we emphasize the importance of respecting the sea and it's surroundings to everyone, especially children and teens and want to instill "beach culture" values so that they can enjoy the beach to the fullest. It is an honor to be part of such an organization".
Elad holds a degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Sports Management from the Zinman College at the Wingate Institute and is completing his M.A. in Behavioral Sciences. He has previously led the educational staff at Wingate's ‘Academy for Sport Excellence’.
