Adult and parent volunteers help ensure the success of our youth programs.

Israel Life Saving Federation is proud to present in 2022 Israel’s first-ever international surf rescue certification, known as the Bronze Medallion. The Bronze Medallion is the world’s most advanced surf rescue program.

Our teens (ages 14-17) Dolphins Program Surf Rescue Certificate (SRC) course provides participants with the skills and knowledge of basic surf awareness and surf rescue techniques in a fun filled experience.

Israel Life Saving Federation introduced the Junior Educational Development Program of Surf Life Saving Australia famously recognized as the "Nippers" to Israel's beaches in summer 2020. children from ages 7-13.

The Israel Life Saving Federation (ILSF) offers a fun and dynamic program for candidates who are looking for a meaningful experience and/or to volunteer in Israel by learning public safety and aquatic rescue that will benefit a safer environment on Israel's coastline.

Israel Life Saving Federation is hosting the first-ever Surf Life Saving Sports competition as an exhibition sport at the 21st Maccabiah Games in Israel on July 21-22, 2022. The competition will take place on Poleg beach in Netanya.

Water Safety Supervisors are volunteers who contribute to the success of all of our programs. Water safety supervisors are eligible to participate on the ILSF's volunteer water safety team at national swimming events as well as to volunteer with classes for children and adults.
