A fun-filled dynamic surf rescue course for kids and teens.
The course will be held on Acadia North beach
Participants will learn:
- 🌊 Surf Awareness
- 🌊 Ocean swimming
- 🌊 Rescue skills
- 🌊 Board rescue
- 🌊 Tube rescue
- 🌊 First aid and CPR
- 🌊 Life saving sports
- 🌊 and have loads of fun
Learn basic ocean awareness and safety, which includes both basic ocean swimming and surfing as well as an introduction to ocean first-aid and rescue skills.
As Israel's member of the International Life Saving Federation, our program is based on the internationally acclaimed Australian surf lifesaving model for water safety education and surf rescue skills.
Prerequisite: All participants must be able to swim 100 meters in 5 minutes or less, and float for 1 minute.
